There is global quarterly townhall q4 there might be hike announcement because in q3 they said nothing is planned

Don’t expect !!! Lower your expectations!! Strange it’s 2026 and you haven’t got even one hike. Where were you in Jan 2025? Did clear the Ciut off ?

I know that average performance bonus payout would be around 80% this year. No idea on hike but probably before April
