Hey guys could someone tell me would we receive a hike letter if we are in notice period? Mine should be effective from October i guess so... It's technically jan and nothing out yet and now I received offer from other company so any chances I can go out with hike letter?

Do you think hike letter will have more hike than your new offer? Why are you even waiting for the hike letter? Use new offer for counters, current ctc does not matter.

No once you resign in the HCL portal then you won't receive the letter.
