Trending @Infosys; Hike letter not received

This year the eligible criteria was for 1 year. If anyone joined Infosys before 1st Jan 2024, it was eligible.

I had similar situation last year. Though you have me or cm or os reting your manager decide on whether to give hike or hold it for year. Last year I had commendable reting and people with same reting received 7-9 % hike in my account. I didn't receive compensation revision letter only because of one client escalation.

No way you would receive a hike. Atleast for 2 years there is no hike and you can expect your first hike in 2026/2027 mostly
