Trending @Cognizant; Hike letter Doubts....!!

I am currently serving notice period.

I asked one HR via GSD will I be eligible for hike since I resigned on July 3 and serving notice period. He denied said resigned means not eligible.

Then I asked another HR who sends us mail often. She told if my LWD is before the eletters published then you will get else not.

So not sure whether I get or not.

My LWD is Sep 12.

I have an offer that company HR said If I'll share the current eltter of hike they will match accordingly.

So plz someone suggest on this.

But I have doubt, since you have an offer anyway your appraisal hike will be lesser than the offered ctc. Then how will the company will increase your offered ctc ?

In notice period, do we need to follow same work model like 3 days in ofc or its fine to do work from home

Bro you have resigned on july 3 then how come your LWD day is 12 Sep. Have you bought your notice period?

They used some of earned leaves to reduce.
Earlier it was sep 30th. Then i tried to convince and they decided to make it sep 12th.

Aa of my knowledge, you will not receive hike. And also currently retaining also on hold. So I don't think they can retain you by matching your salary out side. If you get concrete confirmation on it and if you want to continue with Cognizant.. then now itself you can work with that HR
