Trending @Accenture; Hike in june cycle?

If you've completed 1 year in Accenture, you should know better than to expect another hike from these people, they are already trying to layoff employees silently. Also, in my opinion, that 11% was not a hike but a market correction since it was given to every CL12 emp irrespective of their work or if they are even a chargeable resource (tagged to project). Nothing against you, just venting out. 🙂
