Trending @Infosys; Hike in Jan or April 2025?
Hi, Can someone tell me who decides when an employee gets hike. I'm currently moving through IJP and reporting date is in January 2025 from 4B to 4A. This is a progression and there is no hike associated with this.
But the annual hike has been due from a long time and management mentioned they would be rolling out hikes in Jan for few folks and April for few folks.
Given this situation, Can someone tell me when I may be getting hike ? Who decides this?
It’s not any individual who decides hikes in infosys. It comes from the top. FINANCE / HR decide timing and average budget for hikes. Then split into units based on thier performance . Then unit head splits into his resources based on rating. So don’t worry you will never miss a hike if it’s due. Bad think you will never get a out of turn hike as well unless you put in your paparazzi
Don't just keep waiting for the single digit hike...
Nope. Generally no. You will get the hike Jan when whole org will get. Yea some percent difference will be there depending on which unit is performing well.
