Will the hike (if given) on Jan 2025 be based on last year rating or current year rating?
It will be based on last year's rating, this year at least the majority of the people didn't get the ratings so they cannot give the hike in Jan based on it, My manager confirmed to me that letters are mostly likely to be released before Jan 2nd week
Is met expections enough for qualifying to hike ? I was on bench this year till nov then i got into project, do I still get hike or I don't qualify ?
No one knows the criteria bro other than Delivery managers
Is there any salary hike for Met expectations for SE (upcoming SSE)
Mostly it will be on last year ratings.
Usually ratings are shared in dec month and hike is calculated and letter will be released in march/apr and finally salary reflect in apr/may/jun. but last 3 years they messed-up the process flow.
