Trending @Infosys; Hike in infosys

I have joined infy in June 2022 with year of experience and I have be done 2.10 years in infy now my overall experience is 3.10 years.

They offered me 4.5LPA at joining time and till now no hike I got.

What to do like should I talk to HRs of leave infy because this is very less pay.
