Iam beginner with 2 months in cts and applied for the hike last month as manager said . My role is project associate. I have a 6 yrs of exp, how much hike can I expect here ?

Didn't get you what exactly you meant by applied for hike,but one thing I can say that don't expect much hike last time the highest was 5%
