hike in compensation roadmap

I have 2 years exp in Angular9+, my current compensation is 10.43 lacs, I want to switch such that my compensation rises to 18 lacs (have some financial responsibilities and facing difficulties with current compensation), what should be my roadmap?

I am somewhat okaish with DSA (need to revise though), also I was thinking to learn golang (will this help?).

And also how should I go about applying for various roles? (getting an actual interview call is a real headache 🥲)
