I really felt very bad, working for the project for more than 12 Hours daily. As L1 even performs level 2 activities. And ended up with a 600 RS hike/month. 👏.

As they gave hikes during 2020-22 while lateral hiring, maybe now they are trying to normalise our CTCs.. But really it no longer makes sense to work genuinely after seeing the hike %
