Trending @Accenture; Hike in Accenture

After completing 1.4 yrs in Accenture in CL12. I got a call from my manager today for releasing hike and vp. I got 15% hike and 8.5% vp. In terms of percentage it’s ok. But my base pay is 3Lpa and it got increased to 3.45 LPA. But my concern is I’m the top performer in my project among the Level 1 team. And there are many peoples in Level 1 team who did zero contribution to the project, always tries to assign the work to others and my Manager is well aware of these. They too got the same percentage hike and vp. Then what is the use of good work i did for the past 1 year. What should i do. Should i reach to my manager and tell all my concern or not?
