I am an SAP MM Functional Analyst working in Deloitte USI. I am currently thinking of a job switch. My current salary is 8.4 LPA and I have 2+ years of experience. What is the percentage of salary hike I can negotiate at an interview as per the current market?.

Actually, it depends on the number of offers you get. If you get offers from more than 3 companies, you can expect a salary hike of >40%
