FYI - 2025 Hike Update (As Per Current Buzz):

Hey everyone, just sharing what’s being heard from the top management this year regarding appraisal hikes: • ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (Rating 5) – Max 7% hike • ⭐⭐⭐⭐ (Rating 4) – Max 6% hike • ⭐⭐⭐ (Rating 3) – Max 4.5% hike • ⭐⭐ (Rating 2) – Max 3% hike

Please note – these are maximum caps, so don’t expect anything beyond this. 😅

As always, leadership (like CEO Ravi) continues to get a high package, but for most employees, the percentage is more or less same as last year – minimal.
