Hike for this year
Guys I have heard that we all going have hike applicable from 1st of April 2026. Does anyone heard anything about it. Seems highly impossible, but don’t know it could be the best positive news for us employees looking at current scenario. I don’t believe it, just heard about it so sharing in the forum.

Peanut hikes dont amount to anything. Promotions are on back log, onsites are almost non existent, silent firing in place, managers looking for reason to drag people down bandwise, and the peanut hike is just a cover up.
This now looks highly unlikely as while writing this post, TCS stock was above 2600, now it’s breaking 52 weeks low every day from past 2 weeks. TCS is here for business, if business is not profitable then forget about hikes. Sad truth. We all are in same boat
