Trending @Accenture; Hike % for Promotions
In case we are getting promoted to L10 / L9 is the hike % more than 13% or it is flat 13% across all levels? If its true, then its ridiculous and there will be more resignations coming soon!
I was prompted a year back (9 to 8) with 22% hike and 20% VP
I received 13% from l11 to L10 in March. Not sure if it’ll be the same for promotions this time too.
In Dec cycle, resources promoted in my project got 13% hike.
It shouldn't be any different this time either
In December I got the 18% hike, not sure this time they will give the promotion or not if yes how much % they will give.
I would suggest not to be very optimistic, today I was talking to one of DU lead, the hike is not as good as reported in the media.
I’ve joined on 27th August 2024, am I eligible for this hike ??
L9 will get hikes for staying at same level?
