Anyone got more than 10% hike for promotion from B2 to B3?. If yes what is the percentage. Who decides the percentage of hike?
Anyone received any communication regarding April promotion?
Most of the your manager-top will decide the % . But I depends on many factors , for his team budget I’d say 10rs . In his team there are 2 promotions happening then he will get additional amount say 6 rs . Now his budget is 16rs , now it depends on manger how to decide them .
Thanks, that's what i wanted to understand that its variable or it is capped to 10%.
In my project, everyone gets 10%, from b1-b2 till c2 level. Don't know about c2 to d1.
Even I got 10% for B2 to B3 in 2024. When I checked with my manager he said in wipro they will give only 10 percentage
