Hike for job switch

How much hike is decent for a person who is going to complete 1 yr approx in sde at unicorn startup. Asuming current market scenario

Unless you interview very well and stop the firm from interviewing other candidates, would be challenging to get a hike above 20-25%

I dont advice right now to switch, wait for recession to be over and at that time i dont advice to switch unless its atleast 80% hike. Switching affect your resume (unless done for reason except for money) .

I know but thing is theres no gurantee i wont be laid off in next cycle even if i worked hardest. So hv to look for switch.
