Anyone have any idea on how much of hike % I'd be getting? My package is 814,776 currently. I'm from digital engineering practice. My total experience is 6yrs.

Depends on your YEA..but even with the top most rating ,very very minimal chance to get a double digit hike %.

I have a rating of 5,5,5.. Past three ratings. I was told I can expect 13-15% hike from my current pay.

They would consider only your last rating..I don’t think the previous 2ratings would come handy in case of hike. So if you have got 5ratings in last 2years, did you get around 13-15%?
