In my first year, I received a "Met Expectations" rating. In the second year, I achieved a "Commendable" rating, and this year, I received a "Commendable" again, despite putting in significant effort and utilizing AI to streamline tasks and save the client's time.

How much of a salary hike can I expect with a "Commendable" rating?
