If you clear the techleap you will get fasttrack promotion but before that you need to complete 1 year and some criteria are there.

Accenture's promotion and hike system is a convoluted mess. It's not about your joining date or performance, it's about their budget and whims. We, the employees, deserve a transparent and fair system. Accenture needs to stop playing games with our careers and livelihoods.
