Profile>Overview>Individual Data> (job profile progression model designation)

This section should be "PACE"

It's just progression speed. Some competencies have pace employees. And they are eligible for skip level during appraisals/promotions. Which means if a level 11 person gets promoted to level 9 by skipping level 10.
