My manager told me that my name is in promotion list for next quarter, what could be the hike I can expect when promoting to 5B from 4A, as my year end rating has always been met expectations. Also would there be change in variable pay percentage?

Default hike would be 17.5% and 15% variabe pay for JL5. If the rating is met expectations, its like 50-50 chances to get promoted. Everything will be in hands of ur manager and HR as well
