Trending @Accenture; hike expectation for a double diamond project as CL11, annual moderation
I am working as a support + developer. According to me, I am working exceptionally well, have received appreciation from client and managers many times, received and ace award as well. I have handled multiple escalations at the same time. Considering all these, can I expect a hike in double digits?
Hey tbh, it's all about the repo you have maintained within your lead and managers, and if the project really needs you as SE or ASE.
What I observed in Accenture you don't get promotion because you are doing good, it gets because you already started working as the promoted role and at that time, getting promotion just becomes formality for you and for your team, hence imo until your teams feels you are ready for SE you won't get promoted
