Trending @Accenture; Hike eligibility

I believe HR had come up with this idea of not giving hike to anyone who joined between Sept 23 to Aug 24…. I could be wrong also

I joined Accenture in March 2022 and in November 2022 I do have received hike of 5 percent at that time.

You'll not get hike most probably, but variable pay will be there..( very less )
