Hike Eligibility

I joined TCS in March 2024. In my anniversary appraisal I received rating and Band. Can I expect hike in this cycle?

If you are Lateral hire you will get letter in 2027.You will get band in 2026 as an anniversary appraisal.If you are fresher hire will get letter in 2026.

Sorry, I think you are wrong... Lateral employees who joined before financial year end...I.e March31st will receive Band and eligible for hike. Lateral hires joined after after April 1st will not receive any band and not eligible for hike. This was my understanding...
