Hi everyone, I have a question.

When my manager and team lead meet with me to discuss about my hike percentage, what should I ask for, and how can I negotiate for a higher percentage? Do you have any tips on how to approach this?

Also, is it possible they won’t adjust the raise, no matter what we discuss?
