I have been in Accenture from last 2+ years and I have started my journey in Accenture as ASE lvl 12. In Sept. cycle I got promotion as Analyst lvl 11. At lvl 12 my base pay was 4.25 lpa. Now my base pay is 5.25k.

In December cycle how much hike i can expect. And what could be the Variable pay.

Note: I am working as ServiceNow developer in project

46k with shift allowance

Expect around a 10% hike, but it can vary. Variable pay is often around 7-10%. It depends on performance and company policies.

Same even I got promoted in September and Joined accenture as an ASE. I have checked with my seniors and they are not sure many of them are saying 3 to 4% only. May be its depends on project budget also. Let's hope for the best.
