I am working in Accenture from last 3.2 years and got a promotion in 2022 in Dec afterthat no hike, no recognition, no discussion, no increase in variable pay and no career growth i am seeing, Is it fine if i resign after November hike discussion, i am sure they will be giving in pennies, But still....i worked hard for this time variable pay, will it be fine if i resign in Dec end, so i am having 3 months of time to upskill and search for a better opportunity!
Also my manager is doing partiality and discrimination with north people, assigning pip to north people.
If you feel undervalued and see no growth, it's time to move on. Don't wait for pennies. Upskill, search for better opportunities, and leave in December. Discrimination is unacceptable. Prioritize your career.
Don't wait for Hike. If u really want to switch do it right now. Now I am also in pip. My manager discussed with me as you are in notice i will put u in pip and save others and if i take back registration she won't add me pip. I said go ahead and my lwd in 1 week. So this is worst organization don't care about employees even we work hard for company.
Hi @ClumsyFirm8 If you performed really well throughout this year then you should escalate this to a higher level of HR(India as well as Global HR). You have worked hard and you have the proof. Don't be afraid dear.
Hi @kalki don't disclose to anyone that you will have a plan to resign in December. Take a hike and offer from another company and resign. That's it.
Upskill and move out
I am in the same situation..even same exp.. I have given multiple interviews(except any service based company) but no one is ready to wait 3 months... So If I get any offer before that then good.. Otherwise l'll resign without offer
Same situation in my project as well, manager is Bengali and giving all the important opportunities to other Bengali people in the team. I am already searching for better opportunities outside as i already know nothing will be happening in the November cycle as well... You can also do the same...😊
