I joined Accenture on Aug 2021 with 11.5L package and now it's 2.6 yrs in Accenture till now, I have received only 5 percent hike on Dec2022 and the current package is 12.15L for 6.7 yrs experience in Level 10.
It is a reasonable package? and when can I expect to get promotion to level 9??

But one point i can say 5% hike is very low... I am also waiting for my first hike and with your experience now my expectation are not good.
At least 10% must be there

I think it's good for you. You can't say it's low as this is service based company so.
I know people from same level almost getting same or lower .
I hope 12.15 is the fixed ctc you are talking about
