Hello Folks,
I joined CTS last year in July. I received the rating and bonus this year. May I know what's the hike cycle of this year and does CTS has 2 hike cycles, as I heard from few folks (hence, confused). Also, for rating 3, what should someone expect %hike. Experience - 3-4 years.

They are not giving the single yearly hike in due time…from where people are faking about 2hike cycles?? There is only 1hike cycle and The next expected one is in August.
% of hike depends on your BU, and sorry to say based on Your last rating plz don’t expect more than 4-5%. Better prepare to switch.
