Trending @Infosys; Hike criteria should be based on last year ratings?

have received ME for 12-22 no hike NI for 22-23 so no hike

bt now in 2025 hike will be given based on 22-23 rating.

and now i have received rating for 23-24 as commendable for which will get the hike in 2026?

wtf happened to infy management?

Nothing is wrong. This you April 2024 hike that you are getting in Jan 2025. Hopefully April 2025 hike will be log earlier

No...at some point in time they will have to roll out a mid year hike or something to cover the 23-24 ratings and reduce the gap between rating year and hike year

I have joined in Jan 2022 we haven't received a hike for 22-23 and also we are not eligible for 23-24 now on which year rating they will be giving hike ?
