Hi folks, do you know how much hike we get based on performance ratings? What is the expected hike for "Outstanding" rating?

I got 14% hike for this cycle with "Competent" rating and got "Outstanding" rating for next cycle. So I was wondering how much this rating will fetch? I have heard 15 - 22% depending on unit and company performance.

Have realistic expectations man...yaha paper daalne pe bhi they can't give beyond 25-30 percent to outstanding performer
