Trending @Infosys; Hike and Role change
It's been more than 2 years, have not received any hike, I have got commendable rating, any idea when I will receive a hike?
And currently I am senior associate consultant 4a when will I be promoted to consultant role 5b?
From last 3 year I didn't get any hike
Anyone here who is like 5+ year can confirm if this is something happening first time that no hike from last 2-3 year or something which is a old practise of no proper system or cycle of hike
Even my colleague who joined infy after serving 2 years in cognizant didn't get any hike here in Infosys for 2.5 yr , after that he got frustrated and left infy
When you guys joined ??last year they set criteria like for jl4 who joined infosys before oct 2021 and for jl5 who joined infosys before oct2020 . Those people they gave hike seems same way for other jl also they gave so criteria
Brother I'm on the same page with you being ACon, spoke to my manager for the same and he gave me a carrot saying he has spoken to HR and has initiated. But I didn't receive any information on such. All depends on your manager whether he nominates you for progression or not.
I resigned from here
No hike for upto 3years .. even after 3 years hike is just 2-3%
