Well I won't agree. In my leadership call we were informed revenue is less by a huge margin then estimated so most probably hike will be delayed for most till next year. This call took place early feb2024
@Mukeisiwa my probation was about to end in July '24 but my manager made it end 3 months early on 1st April itself (got the mail also). Is it possible she did this because she wants to consider me for promotion etc. and since probation employees can't get promoted, she got me off of probation?? 😳

Bhai mujhe to koi umeed nahi h Accenture se ab. Yaha ka higher management kuch bhi kr skta h.. 1 saal se hike nahi hui h.. and abhi recently jo Julie Sweet ka Q2 vala mail tha usme bhi yahi indication tha ke hike nahi hogi.
What does that mean few slots for hike
