I'll be promoting to PA from PAT this Aug - Sept. As mentioned in the Offer letter, I'll be having 4.5LPA as a PA. I got a hike mail yesterday where it is mentioned that everyone who joined on or before Dec 2024 is eligible for the hike. Can anyone please let me know if I'll be getting the hike as well along with the PA promotion?

You should know when you joined the company. If before dec 24 then package will be 4.5 and designation will be PA

Yeah that I'm aware of. But along with the 4.5 package, will I be eligible for the Nov hike?

I didn't get promoted yet, I'll be promoted to PA Aug-Sept and my package would be 4.5LPA.
