If you're in a project and at L12, and have performed as expected without any adverse remarks, there's automatic promotion. Any other levels, it's upto the hands of your leadership and HR.

Yes i am in project about 9 months and also got good feedback and was also congratulated for my idea by my leadership for gtic idea selection
