Trending @Accenture; Hike and promotion

I have joined Accenture on sept 19th 2022 as a quality engineering associate and from degree background now my total pay fixed plus variable and internet is 3.82 so how much salary can I expect after promotion like now analyst getting around 5.25 but they are from engineering background so, will I get the same?
