Where people are not getting any hikes and promotions from past 2 years, you are expecting too much

Better leave Accenture use to be great in terms of hike and variable but since past two years they have been the worst in Market. I just had connect with one of the senior lead and she is still giving same old budget issues answer since two years

So seat tight, prepare well and leave with best offer in hand

Hike will be there and promotions are very limited as this is treated as a mid term now...As the appraisal cycle is changed now to June so in June you can expect a good hike or promotion..For now the hike will be there but seems not very promising..
