Hi everyone,

I got a hike in April which was around 15% (A5 with 1 rating). I had planned to put in my resignation and did it in the last week of april.

Today I got a promotion mail (A5 to B1 )with around 12% hike( on salary after April's hike). My manager wasn't even aware of this being processed in the backend.

One of my friends got a similar double hike. Let me know if this happened all over CG. And maybe people waiting for a promotion might get one soon.
