Being a level 9 Consultant and spend 1.5yrs in Accenture without any hike. I got 13% hike and 15% Bonus in this 2025 december cycle. Is this good enough -

Level 9 4 yr at Accenture only once hike was 4% 2 yr back, only VP always. I have 10 YOE @ProfuseMotor73 what is your tech stack? what do you do or did to get this much CTC/Hike? Good job! please share

Did you get promoted ? Because as per the update received from my management, they said there won’t be any stay at level hikes this December as the annual cycle has been moved to June.
