Hike and bonus check

Quick thing to be checked, I have joined Deloitte on March 11 2024 and have raised 5 snapshots excluding Q4 and all the snapshots performance is excellent,rating given for all of them is Strongly agree. What is the hike percentage plus bonus that we can expert??

Can I disscus with couch after hike given to revise??
