Hike and Bonus

If a person joins EY in April 2024, will they be eligible for a hike and bonus in September-October 2024? If not, will EY give a hike and bonus after one year of completion, or would they need to wait until September-October 2025?

Yes I think it is also written in policy document that anybody who joined before 30th June is eligible to receive pro rated bonus and hike.
