Hike and Band š¤
Iām feeling quite excited about the band and hike, as the month is March. As someone who is receiving a hike/band for the first time in this organization, Iām interested to know how the band is determined (in reality, not as per the induction š). Is it based on the IPF, or is it just at the discretion of the manager or reviewer?

Don't get too much excited. as they say Expectations is the reason for disappointments.
Band may not be very much related to IPF. it will be fixed based on bell curve fitment etc. someone gets a higher ipf may not get a top band. Final banding goes via offline spreadsheet at delivery manager levels. Hike is very minimal here..won't be even beating inflation.
