What is the hike we can expect after promotion from software engineer to senior software engineer in HCL ????

U can get 0 rs as well as 2-3 lakh per annum there is no standard and not based on rating lot of factors are considered current salary/skill/experience/rating/criticality/role/team/manager/budget/profit etc so it is all dynamic and cannot be predicted brother

In general, it's either promotion or salary hike..usually some case when you reach particular threshold of your CTC your designation would automatically be changed. I know for some person when his salary reached 5.99LPA he is auto promoted to senior software engineer
