Hike after a year

Is there a situation where the associate will not get a hike or else we will get a hike at least 1% in TCS after completion of 1 year?

1st year anniversary hike would probably be around 10%. FYA hike is usually higher then every year’s March end hike.

Tcs is not giving anniversary hike from 2022. mine was completed in 2023 aug but I didn't got even a hike of 1% also. But you may get in March end for project end cycle.
