In that the CEO announced that company revenue jumped 2X and sets the expectations for the current year The hike will be low compared to the last year as the global situation is not doing well. Beauty is he throws out a promise that if company revenue grows 4x from this year then every one in the company will get an additional 10% hike on next year appraisal .
