I joined 2022 April CL-12, got market correction 12% Sept 2022, march CL changed to 12.2 and last year December I got 5% hike +VP +CL changed to 12.1, They said this hike is for sub level movements, is there any possible to get hike this year. Can any please help me.

You should be promoted right as you have completed 24 months at level 12? Default promotion!

I have completed 3.3 years.Still I am at 13.1 level only when will I get promotions. May I get default promotion or not in this year
