Wait it isn’t true for everyone
This is not definite. This is entirely based on your project budget, your performance and if you are visible among managers and team. If you tick these few points, you might get 12-15% hike. Somtimes, like happened in 2023, majority of people haven't got anything because of bad results of accenture.
So if you have performed very good and have good visibility you might get good hike and promotion too, but if not, then may be you would get like 8-10% hike, and worst case scenario, you won't get anything!

6 to 8% will be the default. More than this depends on your performance and manager.
