Trending @Accenture; hike!?

so i’ve been working here for almost 3 years now. since then - no hike or promotion. i’m on CL11. do i talk to my hr about this? because wth.. inflation is on the rise but my salary is the same since 2021… isn’t there like hike every year for people? i’m confused..
